Custom Simulators

Custom Simulator Design

Designed around your mission.

From concept to commissioning, we build bespoke flight simulators for any aircraft, any mission and any level. Realistic. Reliable. Purpose-built for you.

Choose your simulator level

Different goals. Different requirements. We build to match.

♙

ENTHUSIAST

For home use & passion projects.

For owners who want a realistic experience at home without formal certification requirements. We can still build to a high standard and use professional components where they make sense.

Typical timeframe8–12 months
Indicative price€50k–€150k
♧

NON-CERTIFIED TRAINING

For training & commercial use.

Professional training environments built around operational objectives, repeatability, maintainability and instructor use, without a formal qualification programme.

Typical timeframe12–20 months
Indicative price€120k–€350k+
⬡

FULLY CERTIFIED

For regulated training operations.

Platforms developed around the required authority, qualification standard and recurrent training objective. Certification scope, documentation and validation materially affect programme time and cost.

Typical timeframe18–36+ months
Indicative price€250k–€1M+
Prices and timeframes are indicative only and depend on aircraft type, fidelity, certification scope, visuals, motion, avionics, access to reference data and customer requirements.

How we build your simulator

A proven process with customer involvement where it matters.

1

Research

We study the aircraft and mission, visit reference aircraft or museums where possible, obtain drawings and establish the engineering baseline.

2

CAD design

We design shells, interiors, panels, controls, avionics integration, electronics and service access in CAD.

3

Prototyping & development

We build and test prototypes to bring unique systems to life and validate performance.

4

Procurement

We source components, manage external suppliers and confirm compatibility across the whole platform.

5

Assembly & integration

Hardware, electronics, controls, visuals and software are assembled and integrated into one system.

6

Customer factory assessment

You review the build while there is still time to incorporate practical feedback and make the final development push.

7

Factory sign-off

We test the finished simulator against the original project criteria and complete the full flight and functional assessment.

8

Breakdown & shipping

The simulator is carefully dismantled, protected, crated and prepared for transport.

9

Installation

Our team reassembles, integrates and verifies the simulator at the customer location.

10

Training & support

Client training, acceptance testing and ongoing support complete the programme.

WE USE OFF-THE-SHELF WHERE IT FITS.
We only build custom what is needed — reducing time, cost, development risk and long-term support burden.

What we can build

Any aircraft. Any mission. If the requirement is viable, we can engineer the platform.

Get your project started

Every serious project begins with enough information to establish viability, scope and the right next step. The detail you provide here helps us respond properly rather than guess.

The more complete the brief, the more useful our first response can be.
